The breakfast was very good for a hotel of this rating with omelets and homemade muffins and toast. The location was peaceful - really close to Harbour Grace or even Carbonear as well as modern conveniences.

It was absolutely amazing stay, I did not want to leave and would return anytime. The hotel was quaint and clean. Unique and reasonably spacious rooms. I was offered a room with fantastic views of garden. The location of the hotel was peaceful and great, right on the bay. Moreover, it's just off the peninsula, even Carbonear, and central Canada.

Location: the hotel was not far from local attractions and driving routes as well as eastern, western or central Canada. I had exceptionally comfortable, unique rooms with central heating, a seating area, and a fireplace. Good and amazing staff, provided useful info...

I had a wonderful 3 night stay at Rothesay House Heritage Inn B&B. the room was absolutely perfect and offered essential amenities like a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. Its location in the elegant dining area was great and lovely. the service was exceptional and the food was appetizing. Everything was simply good.

We had an amazing time staying at this place. The hotel is located right on the bay, offering breathtaking views of the harbor. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with housekeeping ensuring our room was immaculate. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room amenities were excellent, with a cozy sitting area and a terrace with comfortable garden furniture. We also appreciated the free toiletries provided, as well as the functioning am/fm alarm clock. The parquet floors gave the room a luxurious touch.

We loved this hotel! It has stunning views of the bay and is located in a picturesque spot. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and homemade. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We appreciated how clean and well-maintained the facilities were.

The beds in our room were very comfortable and we enjoyed dining at Rosebello, which was just a 15-minute walk away; overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return.

Beautiful Heritage Home with a Personal Touch

The historic inn we stayed at was absolutely stunning, filled with antique details and a cozy atmosphere. The hosts were delightful and made us feel right at home. They provided us with plenty of useful information about the surrounding area, and even gave us a tip about a great hiking spot nearby. The breakfast was delicious and made with love, a perfect way to start our day. the experience was very personal and made us feel right at home.

While the inn itself was lovely, the surrounding area didn't offer much in the way of activities. There were only a few locations of interest nearby, and the weather was not conducive to outdoor activities during our stay.
